From moment to moment, encounter to encounter, each experience defines your being and your becoming. No matter the title of the experience, each encounter with reality deepens your sense of self and expands your understanding of the external, the internal and the space between.

Among life’s abundant blessings, Paul has had the opportunity to live as an Uchi Deshi in a Buddhist Aikido dojo; the rare experience of living half a year with Augustinian Monks and Priests; and the chance to learn from gifted teachers and guides in various disciplines of art, science and spirituality. In 2003, he went on Pilgrimage to Saint Jacques de Compostelle, where he continued further to the ancient Celtic destination, Finisterra. He has served as a sales assistant and manager of Living Energies for a year and a half where he met people from all walks of life and helped them on their journey. He has also trained in Iyengar Yoga, Capoeira, Judo and Pencak Silat.


Paul Mason

Most recently, Paul spent half a year living with an Islamic family in West Sumatra in which time he learned traditional Minangkabau arts (Pencak Silat, Randai and a collection of regional wind instruments), a local form of Sufiism (Tarekat) as well as participating in various social and religious festivals including the fasting month of Ramadan. Further to this experience he had the honour of living and training with a Sundanese Pencak Silat Guru and his family for three months.

Paul is interested in combining his growing talent in cheiromancy with his developing skills in tactile kinaestherapy. His essential philosophy is to open the doors of freedom and expand the realm of possibility for the greatest number of living beings possible. Paul’s greatest blessings are his friends and the people he has yet to meet.
